CPI publications are benchmark references for general information. They are not legal, tax, or compensation consulting advice, and do not create an adviser relationship. Validate decisions against your own counsel and market conditions.
Survey participation is governed by the Participation Quote & Intent Agreement signed during registration. Participation is free of charge for founding participants. Submitted data may be used only in aggregate, de-identified benchmark reporting.
CPI benchmark data, reports, and site content are the property of Construction Pay Index and may not be redistributed, resold, or published without written permission. Participants receive usage rights to the reports delivered to them under their participation agreement.
Benchmarks reflect participant-submitted data validated by CPI at the time of publication. Figures are averages of reported markets and may change as the survey grows. The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CPI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or CPI publications.
