How the Construction Pay Index collects, uses, and protects the information you share with us.

Survey data is reported in aggregate only — never identified with a single firm

Who we are

The Construction Pay Index ("CPI", "we") publishes compensation benchmarks for the construction industry. This policy covers information submitted through constructionpayindex.com — including the inquiry form, the Participation Quote & Intent Agreement, and survey registration.

What we collect

Contact details you give us: name, title, company, email, and phone. The message or inquiry details you choose to share. If you register for the survey: your signed Participation Quote & Intent Agreement, including your electronic signature. If you participate: employee-level compensation data submitted through the secure survey template.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, process your survey registration, send the welcome packet and participation materials, operate the survey, and publish aggregate benchmark reports. Survey emails are sent only in connection with your participation.

Confidentiality of survey data

Participant-submitted compensation data is held in confidence and reported only in aggregate form. Benchmarks are never presented in a way that identifies a single participating firm, and reporting cuts are suppressed where minimum participation thresholds are not met.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that operate the site and email on our behalf, and as required by law.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are kept while the survey cycle is active and for reasonable records purposes after. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing info@constructionpayindex.com.
